Terms & Conditions
The bungalow is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis, except by special arrangement.
The bungalow may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival.
It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve the accommodation.
The balance of rental is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Deposit is forfeited in the event of late cancellation.
Occupants of the bungalow are responsible for any damage to
the premises and its equipment incurred during the let.
A security deposit of £100 is payable upon arrival.
It will be refunded on departure provided the premises are
left clean and tidy, with no damage or breakages.
Electricity is an extra charge through meter reading.
Oil for central heating ( if used ) is charged at £4 per day.
The proprietor will not be held responsible for any loss of
valuables or property left in the bungalow
during the stay or after departure.
Sorry no dogs or pets allowed, except registered guide dogs.
